Time trial - 3km, 5km or 8km.

Saturday

Trail blazers - Our group usually do a run on one of the wonderful peninsula trails in and around Cape Town. Approx 80mins for runners comfortable with about a 5min/k speed or faster. Info in our weekly newsletter and on facebook.
